1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Shipdate application ("App") provided by Forged Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Shipdate is a Shopify application that enables merchants to send estimated shipping date notifications to their customers via email. The App integrates with your Shopify store to access order data and send notifications on your behalf.

3. Account and Access

Access to Shipdate is provided through your Shopify account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the security of your Shopify credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to send spam or misleading communications; attempt unauthorized access to any part of the App; reverse engineer or decompile any part of the App; or resell or sublicense access to third parties.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated automatically.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content are owned by Forged Apps and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for your business operations in accordance with these Terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forged Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Your right to use the App ceases immediately upon termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
